Professor of Health Sciences with focus on Neurology Peter Hagell and Martin Persson, Assistant Professor of Health Sciences at Karlstad University, visited Bhutan in May in order to develop cooperation and exchange with Asia in the form of long-term integrated and sustainable research and teaching exchanges. In Bhutan, they met Dr. Kinzang P. (”KP”) Tshering, Rector of Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences. For the moment, however, there are no concrete plans, but the contacts continue.
